Welcome to the Cochrane Drugs and Alcohol Group (CDAG)

We are part of Cochrane which is an international not-for-profit independent organization, dedicated to making up-to date, accurate information about the effects of healthcare readily available worldwide. We disseminate the results of systematic reviews on the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of substance and alcohol use disorders.

From December 1, 2024 the CDAG has its editorial base in Cagliari at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Section of Neuroscience and Clinical Pharmacology, University of Cagliari.

Formed in 1998, the group had its editorial base in Rome at the Department of Epidemiology of ASL Roma 1, Lazio Regional Health System, until November 30, 2024.
